Casino bonuses at Super Slots

Monday, September 13th, 2010

Many businesses are tightening their belts right now and cutting back on the rewards they give to customers. Credit card companies are getting rid of their rewards cards or requiring more points for each prize. Airlines are cutting back on the free food and drinks and charging more for luggage. Even dollar menus are being affected! The online casino industry, however, realizes that they need good bonuses and other rewards to keep players visiting. That’s good news for the consumers. Right now Super Slots Casino has excellent casino bonuses available.

New players can take advantage of the welcome bonus at Super Slots, where the online casino offers a 100% match bonus on the first deposit. Your first deposit isn’t the only one that comes with a bonus. On Mondays, you can receive a 75% match bonus and on Wednesdays you can receive a 50% match bonus.

Those are normal bonus offers, but Super Slots is also holding a special bonus for the next week. From September 15 through September 20, players are eligible for a one-time bonus of 150% of your deposit. The bonus code for that special bonus is PD0910.

The bonus money can be wagered on any games at the online casino, including their online slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker and more. To take advantage of the casino bonuses, visit Super Slots Casino.

All Slots Casino releases Andoid app

Friday, September 10th, 2010

Online casinos are great, because you can play your favorite casino games without having to visit a brick and mortar casino. If you’re away from home or a laptop computer, though, you may not be able to access your favorite site. Some smartphones are able to run online casino software, but that is often not the case. For that reason, many online casinos are developing mobile casino apps. Most of the gambling apps that have been released, though, have been for the iPhone and iPad. That makes sense, due to Apple’s dominance of the market, but what if you have an Android cell phone? All Slots Casino has you covered, now releasing a mobile gambling app for the Android.

All Slots Casino has released two different Android apps, bringing some of the best All Slots games directly to your cell phone. One is a free blackjack app, which allows you to play online blackjack using play money. It is a good way to play some carefree blackjack games while on the go without worrying about your bankroll. The downside is that you can’t win money. That’s where the other gambling app comes in.

The other new Android app from All Slots is a real-money casino app. That app requires you to download casino software and it then allows you to play casino games for real cash. There are nine games currently available on the Android app, though more should be on the way soon. The games currently available are the progressive slots Major Millions and Mega Moolah, the traditional video slot Tomb Raider, Classic Blackjack, Bingo Bonanza and Roulette.

If you have an Android smartphone and are a fan of the games offered at All Slots Casino, these new gambling apps are a great way to enjoy your casino games on your phone. If you don’t, then sorry, but I guess this blog doesn’t really concern you (on the other hand, maybe you should get an Android phone).

Casino tournaments at River Belle

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

Earlier today I told you about the new slot tournaments at Platinum Play Casino as part of the International Slots League, but what if you’re not a Platinum Play member? What if you don’t like those slots? The good news is that if you like slot tournaments, there is no shortage of options. Take the regularly held tournaments at River Belle Casino, for example.

At River Belle, you can choose between a midweek tournament, a weekend tournament and a bigger week-long tournament. The first is the Midweek Moolah, which takes place over a two-day period during the week. That slot tournament has a $10,000 prize pool and rewards the top 19 players with prizes. The first-place finisher will win $2,000 and even the player who finishes 19th will walk away with $250. Not bad considering the entry fee is $15.

If you want to play in the tournaments over the weekend, River Belle Casino also regularly holds the Weekend Whopper tournaments. Those slot tournaments are the same as the Midweek Moolah, with a $10,000 prize pool and the top 19 players winning prizes. The difference is that this tournament is played on the weekend.

If you like your slot tournaments bigger, then there is the Monthly Monster. This is not a month-long tournament, as you might guess from the name. This tournament, which takes place every month (hence the name) is a week-long tournament. It begins on the final Monday of every month and runs for seven days. The Monthly Monster has a $25,000 prize pool and the top 25 players in the tournament will each get $1,000 as a prize. The tournament has a $25 entry fee and you can re-buy up to 5 times for $15 each.

To take part in the various slot tournaments held regularly at the casino, visit River Belle Casino.

Four new slot tournaments at Platinum Play

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

The International Slots League, a slot tournament group that includes games from Platinum Play Casino and three other online casinos, has long been a favorite of slot fans. With the wide range of online slot tournaments held by the League, there is really something for everyone. Now Platinum Play Casino has introduced four new slot tournaments for the League.

One new slot tournament at the International Slots League is the $100 2-Hour Extender. The slot tournament has a $2 entry fee and you are allowed to re-buy up to 4 times. The Extender slot tournament “requires players to build up a score using add-ons to extend their base tally with the highest count winning,” according to Platinum Play.

The One-Shot slot tournament is different, giving players a single chance to get the highest score possible. There are no add-ons or re-buys for the One-Shot tournament, though wagering the maximum amount is advisable.

Another new slot tournament at the International Slots League is a $100 2-Hour Reloader tournament. The Reloader slot tournament is a re-buy only tournament. It has a $2 entry fee and players are allowed up to 20 re-buys. There are no add-ons for the Reloader tournament, putting all players on equal footing.

The fourth slot tournament that is new to the International Slots League is the $100 25-Minute Survivor tournament. This slot tournament has a $3 entry fee and there are no re-buys. The Survivor tournament has many elimination rounds and at the end, one player wins when they are the last player standing.

To play in any of the new online slots at the International Slots League, visit Platinum Play Casino.

Interstate online poker coming to U.S.

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

This seemed like crazy talk a few years ago, but online poker is coming to the United States. Tribal casinos in more than 30 states have joined together and the collaboration will result in the first interstate online poker network in America.

Atlantis Internet Group Corporation announced today that they signed a licensing deal with Cake Gaming NV that will open up online poker in the United States. The licensing agreement will allow tribal casinos to run online poker networks on their land. The Atlantis Internet Group Corp. will use their Tribal Gaming Network, which was approved by the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC).

This deal succeeds where Congress so far has failed. Many in Congress – most notably Barney Frank and Ron Paul – have been trying to get online gambling legislation passed, but it has stalled in the House after passing the Financial Services Committee and no bill with any support exists in the Senate. It seems increasingly unlikely that a repeal of UIGEA will happen this year. Since intrastate activity and activity on tribal casino is exempt from federal laws, the Tribal Gaming Network needs no such legislation.

The Atlantis Internet Group Corporation will run the only online poker network operating in more than one state. With it, anyone on tribal land can access the online poker network, existing on a Wide Area Progressive network (WAP) and play online poker against anyone else that is on the network.

Before UIGEA created a de facto ban on online gambling in the United States, America accounted for approximately two-thirds of the worldwide online gambling revenue. Losing that market meant online gambling operators losing a lot of money. The tribal online poker network will bring much-needed revenue to the tribes.

Donald L. Bailey, the CEO of the Atlantic Internet Group Corporation, said that the new system offers “an immediate and legal solution to Indian casinos nationwide, providing the largest online poker network in the U.S.” He also called the network a milestone and said that they will provide an “economic shot in the arm for tribes and states facing deficits nationwide.”

Superior Casino re-releases online slot

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

If you were a big fan of the For Love and Money slot at Superior Casino, you may have noticed that the online slot wasn’t there anymore. You were probably upset, maybe thinking Well, this casino doesn’t seem so superior anymore! They don’t even have my favorite game! If that’s the case then…well, you probably need to get out more, but who am I to judge? The good news is that the game has been upgraded and re-launched.

The For Love and Money slot is back and better than ever. The graphics and animations have been upgraded, making the game more visually appealing. The same storyline – a poet’s romantic tale of a medieval damsel in distress who falls in love with the prince who rescues her – remains intact. The story is just now told in a more interesting way.

For Love and Money is a 5-reel, 15-payline video slot. It has a 5,000-coin jackpot and you can bet on each payline using coins ranging from $0.01 to $0.50. The online slot also has a good number of bonuses, such as up to 10 free spins and a multiplier of up to three times your wager.

If you’re not familiar with the For Love and Money slot, then you can still play the new game and enjoy it. You won’t have the pleasure of seeing a new and improved presentation of the characters you already knew, but the game is also fun for a first-time player.

To play the revamped For Love and Money slot, visit Superior Casino.

Big Catch slot tournament at PartyCasino

Tuesday, September 7th, 2010

Perhaps as a way to get people living in the Northern Hemisphere to cope with the sweltering heat and remember our recent record-cold winter, PartyCasino has released a new online slot called Snow Business. To help celebrate the launch of the new game, the online casino is holding a promotion where you can win prize money while playing.

Snow Business is a 5-reel online slot which, as part of The Big One series, has a potentially huge progressive jackpot. The slot has an Antarctic theme, featuring symbols of penguins, polar bears and more. To celebrate its launch, PartyCasino is featuring it in the Big Catch tournament.

During the Big Catch tournament, players can play the online slot like normal, wagering and winning real money. In addition, every point you earn moves you up the leader board and brings you closer to winning prizes. The tournament has a $100,000 prize pool and the players who win the most money will take home prizes of up to $10,000 in casino credits.

In addition to the standard leader board promotion, PartyCasino is also running a pick-your-prize promotion. That part of the promotion has multiple prize levels and in each level, you can either take a prize or move up to the next level. For example, if you have between 500 and 3,000 points, you can either take a $50 cash bonus, which would take you back down to zero points (only in the pick-your-prize part of the promotion) or you can move on to the next prize level, which is from 3,001 points to 5,000 points. At that prize level, you can take a $150 cash prize, so if you can reach that level, it’s a better deal. You also get bonus points for opting to move to the next level rather than taking a prize.

To take part in The Big Catch slot tournament, visit PartyCasino.

Finland online casino delayed

Tuesday, September 7th, 2010

The launch of the new online casino in Finland has been launched, due to – you’ll  never guess – red tape and slow-moving government bureaucracy. Raha-automaattiyhdistys (translates to the Finnish Slot Machine Association), also called RAY, intended to launch their online casino at the end of August, but last-minute changes caused a delay.

According to Kari Hyttinen, the head of RAY gaming operations, shortly before their scheduled August launch, government officials gave them new demands, including limits to how much money players can spend. Implementing the changes required could not be done in time for a speedy and safe launch (you don’t want to rush – see British Columbia’s PlayNow.com), the PLAY delayed the release of their online casino.

Among the changes officials gave to RAY is a daily limit of €500 on online slots, table games, and anything where the player is playing against a dealer or computer program. For games where players compete directly against other players, such as online poker, there is no spending limit unless the players impose that themselves.

RAY is a government-run monopoly that operates the only legal gambling in Finland and once their online casino launches, it will be the only legal online gambling website in Finland. After making the required chances, RAY now expects to launch the online casino in October.

Hyttinen told the Finnish media that she doesn’t expect the €500 wager limit to affect regular customers, who she believes generally bet less than that anyway. She does, however, worry that it will cause them to lose money from the occasional high-stakes games. The best solution would probably be to let each player set their own limits. That way, someone with less money could set a limit significantly lower than €500, but someone who has more money can set a higher limit. Since that wouldn’t involve government intervention, though, I’m sure Finland wouldn’t go for it.

Greece drafts online gambling legislation

Friday, September 3rd, 2010

When they’re not sitting around doing nothing while collecting government pensions or rioting and burning down cars and looting stores because of anger at losing those pensions, Greeks love to gamble online. At least, that’s what the government is counting on, because they have drafted new online gambling legislation that would regulate the industry within their borders.

The Greek government, in an attempt to add revenue to a nation being crippled by debt and a workforce that isn’t used to actually working for their money, has introduced legislation that would legalize online gambling in the country but require offshore online casinos, sports books and poker rooms to acquire licenses from the Greek government. In addition, the online gambling companies would have to set up servers in Greece, process their financial transactions within the country and operate using a Greek domain name.

All of those moves are intended to bring money that Greeks are currently spending on foreign operators back into the economy. It’s a small fix, but every little thing counts when you’re facing total economic collapse, so I wouldn’t expect the legislation to get a lot of opposition within the Greek government.

The online gambling legislation would also allow the Greek government to block the ISP of any foreign online gambling website that did not obtain a license and meet their other requirements. In addition, it would allow the government to stop and prosecute any illegal online gambling transactions involving Greek citizens.

The online gambling legislation is scheduled for debate this month and if passed, has a target date of May 2011 for full implementation.

$100K Lord of the Rings Promo at All Slots

Friday, September 3rd, 2010

People in the online gambling community have been talking about it for months, but the Lord of the Rings slot is finally available at All Slots Casino. To celebrate the launch of the new online slot, the casino is holding a promotion for the game where they are giving away $100,000 in prize money.

The promotion is called the Lord of the Rings $100,000 Quest and it runs from September 2 through October 30. That gives players plenty of time to enter and take a shot at the prize money. This is a unique promotion, where players must guess the correct combination to win the prize. During the promotion period, you play the new Lord of the Rings slot and for every 75 credits you wager, you receive two entries in the $100,000 quest. For every 75 credits wagered on any other game, you earn one entry.

For the $100,000 Quest, there is a scroll with 36 numbers. For each guess, you enter your account number and then submit a guess for a winning combination. You can either pick your own numbers of do an auto-pick, so it’s kind of like the lottery. Each week for nine weeks, a top prize of $1,500 will be awarded to one lucky player. Up to 200 additional participants will win 50 credits each.

You can guess a combination as many times as you want and each week you have a chance at the top prize. To get the most of your wagers, you should play the new Lord of the Rings online slot, but you earn an entry for wagering on any other games as well.

To take part in the Lord of the Rings $100,000 Quest, visit All Slots Casino.
