WTO Sides Against U.S. On Trade Laws

Since the World Trade Organization has found that the United States government did in face infringe on the free trade rights of Antigua, there are some companies in Antigua that have indicated that they have no need to abide by the copyright laws that have been put in place by the U.S. government.

Thai is all thanks to a decision that the World Trade Organization made. The blocking of online casinos in the American market of players is still a big, heated issue for many people in many regions of the world. Many online casino operators are not taking the position that the United States has stood by, in upholding the horrible Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act lying down.

One company dedicated to serving people who love to play games at online casinos, Zookz has thrown off the shackles of trying to bend and adhere to what the United States government wants companies to do. Zookz has carved out quite a niche for itself by delivering the best of the best in movie and music downloads which they are able to collect a monthly membership fee from their loyal customers.

Since internet casino gambling sites such as those based out of places like Antigua are not allowed to operate their business in the United States and this denial from the American gaming market is in direct violation of the free trade rights that have previously been established by the World Trade Organization. Hopefully this situation will see some improvement if Barney Frank is able to find success with the bill that he has brought before Congress that will push for the licensing and regulation of internet gambling sites in America.
