Recently the lawmakers within the state of Utah have been coming up empty-handed when they have tried to crack down on what they have perceived to be illegal gambling activities. With the credits they had earned from buying the cards, they could play online casino games till their hearts were fully content.

This system is an example of “fringe” betting that has been taking place at many different locations throughout the state of Utah, much to the dismay of law enforcement officials. Right now the law is unclear as to how it interprets the act of “fringe” betting and lawmakers are hoping to change that with their most recent efforts. They are changing it so that any confusion will be erased.
