It seems that the action surrounding the Super Bowl for casinos located within the state of Nevada was pretty hot and heavy for this particular year. Those are the official number with numbers that have come in from the Nevada gaming control Board. Better is wagered an astonishing $82.7 million on this football game. The action was also hot at many online casino sites, but this success for casinos located in the state of Nevada brings up many people within the gambling industry hope.

While online casinos have had little to no troubles were hiccups during this dreary and seemingly endless economic recession, the same cannot be said for casinos based within state of Las Vegas. Everyone and their grandmother’s pony were intent to get in on the betting action with the New Orleans Saints versus the Indianapolis Colts. The underdogs, the Saints, were able to come out and beat the Colts by a score of 31 to 17. For some areas of the country bad weather forced people to cancel their trips to Las Vegas so this resulted in a lower level of gambling revenue than years past.
