It seems that certain worries over the market of online casinos within the nation of Bulgaria have intensified recently thanks to a few major developments. It seems that there has been a 10% gambling tax increase proposed recently for the country of Bulgaria and this will have a substantial impact on online casino business in the region. This casino gambling tax increase may be pushed from the 10% already proposed to as much as 15% within the National Assembly.

Apparently many casino operators were heartened and hopeful when the Budget Commission shot down a motion by a section of conservative officials who were trying to bring up the tax for online casinos to an additional 5%. Things could go either way right now and the situation is intense with tension because so much is at stake in terms of the future of internet casino gambling within the country of Bulgaria.

Many other nations within this particular region of the world have been realigning their policies in terms of how they view casino gambling and Bulgaria is one of many that has struggled to come up with something truly viable that will make everyone happy. Apparently members of the Blue Coalition and the conservative party have tried their best to boost the amount that this particular industry is taxed. Their main argument is that this increase should be based on profit and specific calculations. Only time will how far this movement within the system will go since everyone has so much riding on the outcome at this stage in the game.
