A recent ruling that came down in an appellate courthouse in Washington is surprisingly in favor of online casinos and the gambling industry. It is almost like a social networking site that allows fans of online gambling to get together in engage in what they love best. It seems like a win-win situation for everybody involved. What Betcha.com does is have their clients agree to certain terms in advance such as the fact that the participants are not actually require to pay their losses so with this slight loophole the operators at Betcha.com are technically not engaged in gambling as the definition goes.
